Digital Goa, April 22- The Goa Coastal and Environment Management Society (GCEMS) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) to select a system operator for implementing the state’s Deposit Refund System (DRS), aimed at enhancing waste management and promoting recycling. The selected operator will be responsible for establishing a network of collection points, developing digital tools for tracking returns, and ensuring that collected materials are recycled or reused.
