Digital Goa, Sept 1 – Beneficieries of all social welfare schemes including those of Women & Child Dept, Social Welfare Dep, Tribal Welfare Dept etc will receive the benefits due by Sept 15 i.e. before Ganesh Chaturthi, announced CM Pramod Sawant today. He was speaking at a program to announce the 3 free gas cylinder scheme for 11,500 Antyodaya Anna Yojana(AAY) beneficieries in Goa. Sawant said that in addition to Rs 200 reduction given by the center per LPG Cylinder, Rs 275 benefit will be given through this scheme. Effectively the AAY beneficieries will get Rs 475 subsidy on LPG gas cylinder per month.
