Digital Goa, July 30 – The Goa government has issued clear instructions to panchayat secretaries and municipality Chief Officers not to misuse a High Court order to indiscriminately issue notices to people, informed CM Pramod Sawant. Officials have been directed to act only in cases where houses are located along three specific categories of roads: National Highways, State Highways, and Major District Roads. If a house is reflected in the Regional Plan, no notice should be issued, Sawant added.
