Digital Goa, Oct 7 – The Goa State Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling up 21 Group ‘C’ posts including Junior Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). These include two posts of Junior Stenographer, nine posts of Lower Division Clerk, and ten posts of Multi-Tasking Staff.
