Digital Goa, Feb 26- The Tourism Department has floated a Rs 16.94 crore (Rs 16,94,33,135) tender for the upgradation and beautification of Harvalem Falls and Rudreshwar Temple in Bicholim. The project, to be completed in 300 days (excluding monsoon), includes a grand entrance arch, site development, garden spaces, a multipurpose complex, a footbridge, and improved illumination with underground electrification etc
