Digital Goa, Dec 13 – A 25-year-old youth from Haryana has been arrested by Pernem Police for allegedly robbing foreign currency worth Rs 1.66 lakh from a Kazak lady on Dec 4. The accused identified as Shubham Madan was known to the victim lady Ilmira Kulmakhanova ( age 44 years), from Kazakhstan. The accused stole 2,000 USD from the ladies rented house at Pethechewada, Korgao. Police nabbed the accused yesterday under Section 380 of IPC.
