Digital Goa, Nov 17 – High Court has issued a notice to the Goa government on a PIL filed by Diksha Vaigankar of Sankhali challenging Section 38A of the Goa Land Revenue Code.The matter has been listed for further hearing on February 3. Section 38A of the Code, enacted in 2025, provides a mechanism to regularize unauthorized dwelling houses on government land built before February 28, 2014.
