Nov 25- The High Court has directed the Goa government to revise the pay scale of Group ‘D’ employees in the Directorate of Health Services and disburse their arrears from January 1, 2016, to date within six months. The ruling comes as a significant relief to the employees, addressing their long-pending grievances.
