Digital Goa, Mar 24- High Court has quashed the FIR filed against Shrimad Shivananda Saraswati Swami of Kavale Math, which had been registered by the Ponda police. The FIR accused the Swami of impersonation, forgery, and the fraudulent sale of the Math’s property in Kavale-Ponda. The Swami had petitioned the High Court to quash the FIR, asserting that the allegations were unfounded. The court’s decision brings relief to the religious leader amid these serious accusations
