Digital Goa, Mar 19 – High Court has quashed the water disconnection order issued against Maheshkumar and Pushpa Chinchakhandimath from Socorro, Porvorim, ruling it violated principles of natural justice. The court noted that no show-cause notice was issued before action was taken. Since the alleged nuisance has been removed, the PWD has been directed to immediately restore the water supply.
