Digital Goa, Dec 22- A health certificate used to obtain the initial trade licence for the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub was found to be forged and an FIR has been registered against the club’s owners, Gaurav and Saurav Luthra, Advocate Vishnu Joshi informed today. Joshi, who is also representing the families of victims of the Arpora fire incident, said an additional FIR has been filed against Ajay Gupta, the third partner of the club, for allegedly submitting a forged police verification document. The counsel further stated that they would seek the intervention of central agencies, including the CBI, Enforcement Directorate (ED), and Income Tax Department, to probe the matter. He alleged that the Luthra brothers own 42 companies, many of which could be shell entities, and called for an investigation into how funds generated through these companies were being utilised.
