Digital Goa, Dec 13 – Special Judge Irshad Aga has adjourned the hearing in the Panaji Police station attack case to January 5. Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate is one of the accused in the case. The cross examination of then Panaji PI and current DySP Sudesh Naik was underway. Meanwhile, hearing in the alleged rape on minor girl involving Babush Monserrate was also held today. Govt advocate recorded the statement of one of the witness Vasu Sawant. Next hearing is scheduled on January 3.
