Digital Goa, Nov 22- Mapusa Municipal Council meeting held today saw heated discussion over several issues. The council discussed over hike in wages of contract workers, garbage in industrial estate etc. The meeting which was scheduled to be held last week was cancelled over the issue of notice for the meeting.
