Digital Goa, May 20 – High Court has once again permitted the temporary de-sealing of a sealed premises in Arpora housing a fish aquarium, allowing access for maintenance of over 10,000 live fish, in a matter linked to alleged illegal constructions.The court was told that the 84 aquariums require constant maintenance to prevent large-scale fish mortality. The court has permitted access from 11 am to 5 pm on May 23, 30 and June 6, with re-sealing the following day each time. The applicant has been directed to deposit ₹30,000 with the Panchayat before each scheduled de-sealing to pay the cost of sealing and de-sealing. Earlier, similar relief was granted on payment of ₹20,000 towards sealing and de-sealing costs.
