Digital Goa, Nov 6 – High Court today denied bail to Gaurav Bidre accused of the 2022 murder of assistant professor Gauri Achari at Old Goa. The North Goa sessions court has earlier in July denied bail to 36-year-old Bidre with the judge noting that there are previous sexual offences registered against the accused. It was also observed that Bidre is not a native of Goa and may abscond.
