Digital Goa, June 12 – Panaji bench of Bombay High Court today directed Transport Secretary to submit affidavit on the traffic congestion in capital city Panaji and negligence in traffic management before July 14. The High Court while hearing the suo motu petition appointed Transport Secretary as Nodal Officer and asked him to submit his say on the traffic congestion through affidavit. The High Court has already issued notices to Transport dept, Tourism dept, PWD, CCP and Smart City implementing company.
