Digital Goa, Nov 27 – High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by Suleman Khan alias Siddiqui, who is accused in multiple land-grabbing cases across the State. Khan had alleged that his arrest was illegal, claiming police did not provide written grounds for his detention, violating Article 22(1) and provisions of the CrPC. The court rejected all his claims and dismissed the petition.
