Digital Goa, Nov 8- High Court has directed CRZ authorities not to give permission to the project proponent for setting up seasonal huts on the banks of river Sal at Cavelossim till such time that the concrete structures built by him there are demolished. The matter of concrete structure being constructed right on the banks of the Sal River by violating CRZ norms came before the High Court today. The project proponent who has sought permission from the CRZ authorities to set up seasonal huts for tourism purpose gave an undertaking to the court today that the structure will be demolished within 15 days. Court has directed him to apply afresh for erecting the seasonal huts and asked the authorities not to give permission to him till the concrete structures are demolished.
