Digital Goa, Nov 1 – High Court today ordered sealing of two allegedly illegal constructions in the jurisdiction of Arambol Panchayat belonging to father and uncle of Arambol Sarpanch. The Sarpanch has also been asked by the court to present a report before it on Nov 7 listing out details of all illegal constructions at Girkawada, Arambol. The presence of these illegal constructions came to light during the hearing on demolition of another illegal structure – a four storied hotel allegedly constructed illegally in No Development Zone(NDZ) in survey number 63/92 at Girkawada, Arambol. On Oct 25, Court had ordered sealing of this hotel owned by one Ashok Kandari. The court has now given time till Dec 15 to the hotel owner to demolish the structure.
