Digital Goa, Mar 4- High Court has quashed the FIR against Kukesh Rauta in the MLA Carlos Ferreira alleged extortion case, citing an amicable resolution. However, the court imposed a Rs one lakh fine on Rauta. The Odisha native was arrested by the Goa Crime Branch in December 2024 for allegedly sextorting Rs 5 lakh from Ferreira by morphing his face in an obscene video and further demanding Rs 5 crore from him.
