Digital Goa, Feb 6- High Court today quashed the summons issued to Aam Aadmi Party Convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal by Mapusa Court magistrate in a case of alleged violation of the model code of conduct. The complaint was filed against Kejriwal during the 2017 Goa assembly election. The matter will now be heard before the magistrate on February 12. The case was registered for violating Section 123 (1) of the Representation of the People Act and sections 171 B and 171 E of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Kejriwal was initially asked to appear on November 29 last year, he however sought exemption from appearance.
