Digital Goa, Mar 5 – High Court has asked Anjuna Panchayat to file a status affidavit on Wednesday as regards the sealing of 175 illegal structures at Anjuna. The Anjuna Panchayat told the Court that so far 114 structures have been sealed, however the Court rebuked the authorities for going slow with the sealing process. Some structure owners sought modification in the court order claiming that permissions such as those from TCP are not applicable to them as their structures are temporary in nature. Around 20 owners had also moved the Supreme Court in this regards. The Supreme Court has however asked them file for modification of the order in the High Court itself.
