Nov 18 – Goa Govt Home Department has issued instructions for inspection of all the recruitment agencies working in Goa, on the backdrop of human trafficking cases being reported in the state. Police have also appealed to the public to come forward with complaints about fraud or exploitation that has occurred with them or their acquaintances in the name of jobs abroad. Police have also advised people to get recruitment related emigration formalities done only through registered agencies. The 12 MEA registered agencies in Goa for emigration purposes include – R B Consultants, Mubeen Air Travels, Aman Travel Service, Asmmacs, M. I. International Travel Agency, N D Global Solutions Private Limited, Talent Hunt Consultancy, Ocean Travels, Pyramid Travels, Novalife Consultancy Privaye Limited, Jobsite Overseas Consultants and Starlite International Recruiter Private Limited.
