Digital Goa, June 6- The Goa government is in the process of formulating a housing scheme offering loans at subsidised interest rates for members of the OBC, SC, ST and economically weaker sections of society, CM Pramod Sawant announced today. The initiative aims to provide affordable housing opportunities to marginalised communities and ensure inclusive development.
