Digital Goa, July 23 – A red alert has been issued for Goa, with heavy to extremely heavy rainfall expected between July 23 and 29 due to a developing low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal. Winds up to 60 kmph are also forecast over both districts on July 23–24.
