Digital Goa, Jan 7 – Pernem Police have booked Rohan Padwal of Varpewada, Pernem, for housebreaking and stealing gold mangalsutra weighing about 42 grams, valued at ₹4.5 lakh, from a house at Tuem, Pernem in February 2025. The house owner 56-year-old Nilima Gawde has filed complaint to this effect. Rohan is already in Pernem Police custody for his involvement in some other crime.
