Digital Goa, October 3 – Goa State Logistics and Warehousing Incentives Scheme, 2025, which provides financial assistance for the development of the logistics and warehousing industry in the state, has been notified by the government. The scheme offers targeted fiscal incentives to eligible logistics and warehousing entities, including a skill development subsidy of Rs 5,000 per Goan worker, for up to 1,000 workers per year. It also provides a structured incentive framework, including reimbursement of 10–15% of eligible fixed capital investment, up to Rs 50 lakh per unit, along with a 50% interest subsidy for 3 to 5 years, capped at Rs 25 lakh per annum. For stamp duty and registration charges, the government will provide 100% reimbursement, subject to a maximum of Rs 10 lakh. Electricity duty for cold chain units will also be fully reimbursed, up to Rs 5 lakh per annum. The scheme is valid for three years and is based on the Goa Logistics and Warehousing Policy, 2023.
