Digital Goa, Oct 9 – A government officer will be deployed to prepare a report on both pending and resolved grievances of the people within a months period, Minister Subhash Phal Dessai assured the citizens who attended the Janata Darbar at Valpoi today. The minister was accompanied with Poriem MLA Divya Rane during the meet held to attend to public grievances.

Department of Archeology will undertake restoration work of historically and archeologically important monuments in Sattari including Rock Art at Mauxi, Nanus Fort and warrior Chieftain Dipaji Rane’s house announced Minister Subhash Phaldesai.

He also revealed plans to include mini national games in the upcoming Purple fest, an international-level Persons with Disability(PwD) centric event.
▪️ Several civic issues highlighted during Canacona Janata Darbar
Issues such as domestic water connection, water supply, irrigation, agriculture issues, fish market, road construction, issues pertaining to senior citizens and other civic problems came up for discussion during the Janata Darbar held at Canacona. Minister for Fisheries Nilkanth Halarnkar presided over the meeting at Canacona.
The fourth event under Janata Darbar initiative was held at Canacona in South Goa and Valpoi in North Goa today.
