Digital Goa, Oct 13 – Lakshman Kumar Singh, a resident of Consua, Verna, originally from Jharkhand, allegedly hit two pedestrians, Francisco Fernandes and Remetin Fernandes, with his motorcycle on Nuvem Bye Pass service road where they were drying rice. Francisco sustained grievous injuries, while Remetin received minor injuries. The accused fled the scene without aiding the victims.
