Digital Goa, June 26 – A 28-year-old man from Jharkhand was arrested by Bicholim police at Verna for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl. The girl was rescued safely and has been sent to Apna Ghar shelter home in Merces, police informed. Further investigation is underway.
