Digital Goa, Nov 25 – High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Kenyan national Newton Muthuri Kimani in the Enforcement Directorate’s PMLA Case, ordering his release on a ₹2 lakh personal bond with one surety. He is currently in judicial custody. Kimani was arrested by the ED on December 9, 2023 for his alleged links to an international human-trafficking racket operating in Goa.
