Digital Goa, Aug 30 – Panaji Police have arrested Abdul Haseeb K.P. from Malappuram, Kerala, for allegedly hacking the mobile phone of Panaji resident Vijay Shah (48) and fraudulently transferring ₹7.54 lakh through multiple unauthorised UPI transactions. Police traced and apprehended the accused in Kerala using technical inputs.
