Digital Goa, Dec 19 – A Kerala native was held with Rs 90,000 worth Charas from a hostel at Anjuna. The accused identified as Stevin Cleetes Jaison ( age 23yrs) from Kochi , Kerala presently residing at hostel , near Starco junction Anjuna Goa was arrested for possession of the narcotic drug.
