Digital Goa, Sept 14 – Khandepar locals are up in arms against Section 144 imposed by the govt in the area fearing protest against ongoing Khandepar Bandhara work. Locals protested at Azad Maidan in Panaji today morning demanding that the section be lifted and the Khandepar Bandhara work be stopped. Protestors questioned the authorities as to how they can celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi Festival with Section 144 in force.
