July 23- Goa govt will finalise the Khazan Plan by involving 3 departments -Agriculture, WRD, and Revenue, informed CM Pramod Sawant today. Stating that reviving Khazans was a priority for the govt, he said that in the first phase steps will be taken to protect Khazan lands which are under cultivation. In the second phase, those Khazans which farmers are showing interest in cultivating will be revived. The house also discussed the growth of mangrove forests in Khazan lands.
