Jan 26- A Kolkata native chicken seller died in fatal accident at Arpora this morning after head on collision of his bike with a car. The deceased is identified as Amruhilohk residing in Saligao and a native of Kolkata. The car driver left the car at the accident spot and fled from the scene without offering any help to the injured woman. The accident occurred at around 7.45 am. The deceased was on his way to Arpora from Saligao when the accident occurred. As per eyewitnesses, the speeding car driver allegedly hit a pedestrian lady, went into the wrong lane and hit an oncoming bike which the deceased was riding. The car finally stopped after ramming into a roadside electric pole. The bike rider died on the spot. The car allegedly dragged the pedestrian lady along and she was found with her body stuck in the car bonnet. She has been grievously injured and is being treated at the hospital. Locals informed that she is a fish vendor.
