Jan 3- Konkan Railway Police seized 11 mobile phones worth Rs 2.5 lakh from a perat Margao Railway Station. The suspect, identified as Mohammed Yusuf a resident of Davangere, Karnataka, was apprehended during routine surveillance by the police.
