KTCL employees union announces suspension of month long strike; say major demands accepted by govt

Digital Goa, March 9 – Kadamba Transport Corporation employee union has announced suspension of their month long strike at Azad Maidan stating that Goa govt has accepted their major demands. On Monday KTCL Management will sign agreement with the employee union regarding fulfillment of their demands informed AITUC leaders. Demands related to seventh pay and arrears, buying of new buses, taking contract basis replacement drivers in service were some of the demands accepted by the govt, the leaders added.
