Digital Goa, Sept 2 – One Liberian National, Patrick Bah (age 24) was held by Anti Narcotic Cell with drugs worth Rs 2 lakh in a raid at Porvorim. he was caught with 12 grams of cocain and 8 grams of methamphetamine both worth Rs 2 lakh.
