Digital Goa , June 17 – A Nagaland-registered container truck loaded with liquor caught fire this morning while parked on the roadside at Dhargal along National Highway 66. Alerted by passersby, the Pernem Fire & Emergency Services rushed to the spot and managed to douse the flames. However, the cabin of the container was completely gutted in the blaze. The driver had fled the scene before authorities arrived. Police and excise officials are currently trying to ascertain the ownership and legality of the liquor found in the truck.
