Digital Goa, Jan 2 – Saligao police have issued a look-out notice against absconding accused Jagannath Ramchandra Bhagat a resident of Birgaon, Chhattisgarh and a native of Sundargarh, Odisha in connection with the Muddo Wada–Saligao double murder. The incident occurred on November 6, 2025, when Richard D’Mello (65) of Giri, Bardez, and Abhishek alias Sonu Gupta (25) of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, were brutally murdered in a rented room at Saligao. Police said the accused attacked the victims with a cooker and later slit their throats before fleeing Goa.
