Digital Goa, September 8 – A 46-year-old person from Camurlim, Lotoulim, was arrested following a collision between his car and a scooter on September 5 at KTC Circle near the New Mandovi Bridge. He is accused of rash and negligent driving on the wrong side of the road, driving an uninsured car, not holding a valid driver’s license, failing to provide medical assistance to the injured, and not reporting the incident to the police. The scooter rider and pillion rider have both sustained grievous injuries, informed police.
