May 30 – Union Jal Shakti Ministry has issued a vacancy circular on April 30,2024 for filing up 6 posts of Mahadayi PRAWAH. The posts announced include Chairperson, Member(Environmental Issues), Member(Hydrology), Member(Monitoring & Regulation), Secretary and Director(Finance). The applicants were expected to apply within 30 days of issuing of the vacancy circular. Mahadayi PRAWAH is a Body Corporate set up by the Central Government for the purpose of securing compliance with the implementation of the decision and direction of the Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal and is headquartered at Panaji, Goa. PRAWAH presently has 4 members on deputation.
