Digital Goa, May 25 – Traffic near the Patradevi checkpost on the Maharashtra side was briefly disrupted after a group of tourists from Maharashtra staged a road blockade alleging they were assaulted by locals at Morjim beach in Goa.The tourists claimed that despite the alleged assault, Goa Police failed to take action, prompting them to block the road and demand justice. The situation was later defused following the intervention of Maharashtra Police, after which traffic movement was restored.
