Digital Goa, June 17 – Valpoi police has booked one Vishnu Chawan for raping a minor girl & circulating obscene video of the victim girl. Upon information that the accused was hiding in Gadag, Karnataka, a team from Valpoi police was dispatched to Gadag to apprehend Chawan. He has been arrested under sec various sections of IPC, Children’s Act, POSCO Act & IT Act.
