Bicholim police have booked a person from Uguem, Sanguem, for allegedly deliberately hitting his 58-year-old wife with a car at Vadakade, Bordem, on November 5. According to the complaint, the woman was handing over a garbage bin to a municipal collection vehicle when the accused drove towards her and struck her, causing injuries to her. Police said the alleged act was linked to an ongoing matrimonial dispute.
