Digital Goa, July 16 – A resident of Fatorda, was robbed of a gold ring worth Rs 60,000 by two men posing as CID officers near Chandrawada. The accused stopped him while he was riding his scooter and asked him to remove his ring citing risk of theft. They handed him a wrapped paper claiming it contained the ring, but fled the spot. On checking, the paper was empty.
