Digital Goa, Jan 13 – A Mapusa Court has dismissed an intervention application moved by the Joshi family in the Birch by Romeo Lane night club case, in connection with the anticipatory bail plea of the Luthra brothers in the alleged fake health NOC matter. Four members of the Joshi family from Delhi had died in the tragic incident along with 21 others. The court has scheduled the next hearing in the case for January 20. Separately, the Mapusa Court has postponed the hearing on the bail applications of Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra in the culpable homicide not amounting to murder case related to the Birch nightclub fire incident to January 17.
