Digital Goa, Jan 7 – The Mapusa Additional Sessions Court has reserved its order till January 13 on an application by the victims’ families seeking to intervene in the anticipatory bail pleas of Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra. The brothers have opposed the intervention. The bail applications pertain to a Mapusa police case alleging forgery of documents and cheating authorities. 25 persons were killed in the fire in the nightclub owned by the Luthras on Dec 6,2025.
