Digital Goa, Mar 6 – Mapusa police conducted a raid at a house in Pirazon, Moira, and arrested eight persons for allegedly running an illegal betting operation during Champion Trophy matches. Officers seized Rs 2 lakh in cash, along with mobile phones, laptops, and routers used for the betting activities. Police have also initiated action against the house owner.
